- How much should I take and how do I get started? Dosage depends largely on your desired goal and usage, results may vary. Try taking your oil at the same time every day as this will make it easier for you to notice the effects. With everyone, we always recommend to start with a low dosage at night and increase your dosage in increments as needed to meet your goal. Gel caps are swallowed orally with a glass of water. Oil tincture is taken using the supplied dropper. Put oil under the tongue and hold it there for 60-90 seconds, then swallow with water. We always recommend to start out taking your oil at night for 3-4 days until you see how your individual system is effected by it. - Out of town and out of state customers- We can legally ship to all 50 states. Sales tax must be charged to all KY customers. Out of state customers DO NOT pay any sales tax. We use Flat Rate shipping with the USPS. Shipping price is $8.40, we only charge you what the Postal Service charges us. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an expected delivery date and a tracking number. All products are shipped new, unopened, individually packaged and with a general information sheet. Email us with any questions and/or to place an order. Once we receive your email, we will email you an invoice. You can pay your invoice through our secure payment system and then we will ship your order. We ship out product twice a week. Generally you should receive your order in less than a week from purchase date.
